  Responsibilities include supporting fellow Sales Leaders in: motivating the sales team, exhibiting strong customer service skills, managing incoming merchandise flow, merchandising the sales floor, cash-handling, and prioritizing every day tasks.

  Description:

  We are looking for Team Mambers who:

  Provide a High Level of Customer Service

  Possess phenomenal selling skills

  Effectively maintain a pleasant shopping environment

  Are able to work in a Team Environment as well as independently

  Posses Proven Organizations skills

  Requirements:

  Must be 17 years of age

  High School Dipolma or equivalent

  Ablity to lift or move goods weighing up to 40 pounds

  AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKEND SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

  Key Responsibilities:

  Services customers by using selling skills and by ringing purchases and returns on the terminal

  Maintains an attractive and pleasant shopping environment by completing housekeeping and merchandising responsibilities

  Assists in the functioning of the sore by completing other duties as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager, maintains commuication with superiors

  Ability to lift or move goods weighing up to 40 pounds a distance of several feet.  Ability to lift merchandise in an out of stockroom climb ladder.

  Ability to operate all registers and euipment, package customer purchases and restock shelves with new merchandise.

  Skills & Experience Requirements:

  The ability to work well and connect with children.
